What we collect
Your My Trip and bucket-list selections are stored in your own browser using local storage. They stay on your device and are not sent to us unless you submit an enquiry or open a WhatsApp message containing them.
- Details you type into the booking enquiry form: name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, country, accommodation, guest numbers, preferred date, selected excursions and any special requests.
- The content of messages you send us on WhatsApp.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, check availability, arrange your excursion and contact you about the booking. That is all.
Who sees it
Jazeera Excursions. Information is not published on this website and is not sold. Where an excursion requires it — for example a resort day visit — the guest details needed to arrange the visit are shared with that provider.
Messages sent through WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy terms.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about your booking, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it once your trip is complete. Send the request on WhatsApp or by email.
